7 day right of return guarantee

The policy for stock items is simple - if you don't like your purchase, tell us within 3 days of receiving it, we will issue a RMA number (return merchandise authority). Then send it back to us in perfect “as new” condition within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price (the products must start their return journey within 7 days). This guarantee does not apply to custom made or special order products.

 

You need to pay for the cost of returning the product to Gorgeous Creatures in New Zealand using a courier with track & trace. Please provide the tracking number to us ASAP.

 

When we receive the returned item we will then refund your credit card account with the full purchase amount.

 

Returns or claims for goods damaged or lost during transit are treated differently and Gorgeous Creatures should be notified immediately upon receipt of the damaged items or if a delivery fails to arrive.

 

Please note that any damage or faults in the goods should be noted prior to signing the delivery docket, or any claims will be rendered invalid (this is where our insurance policy ends its coverage). Your signature is taken as proof that you have received your purchase in good condition. Therefore, please open the parcel and ensure you check the product has arrived intact before you sign for it.
