This design uses 20cm squares sewn with a zig-zag stitch. *You can specify any natural cowhide colour except white/cream or grey with this product.

There are lots of options so give us a call to discuss colours. Popular natural colours include black and white, chocolate brown and white, chestnut brown and white, tan and white, light, medium or dark exotics, solid beige, solid chestnut or solid natural black but there may be other options not listed here so give us a call.

Cowhide stitched rugs are generally made to order and take about 8-10 weeks. Some colours made experience short out of stock delays but we will always keep you informed as your order progresses.

About cowhide stitched rugs

A cowhide stitched rug is a rug made from pieces of cowhide sewn together with a zigzag stitch and backed with a non-slip padded rug backing. Sometimes this is called a cowhide patchwork rug.

A cowhide stitched rug is a way of injecting some cowhide texture into your interior without having the natural cowhide shape. They are also great when a natural cowhide would not be big enough like under a large dining table or in a large lounge.
