Natural red brown is a natural possum fur colour. This fur has not been dyed or bleached so it is even more environmentally friendly. Each natural pelt is unique but we colour match and blend a set to make into a beautiful sofa throw for you. Natural red brown is usually a rich reddish brown with some areas of chocolate brown on the rump and a beige undercoat and belly.

This comes with a lovely velvet textured fabric backing which stops the throw from slipping off your knee, chair or sofa. The fabric backing is the closest match we can find to compliment the fur colour and is reddish brown.

New Zealand Possum fur is an incredibly silky soft, warm, lightweight and luxurious natural product. The fur is about 3-4cm (1-1 ½ inches) deep with excellent thermal properties.
