In New Zealand possums are a pest and these furs are a by-product of the possum eradication programme.
This lovely Russian Cossak style hat is made in New Zealand from New Zealand possum fur and is lined with velvet. Allow about 4-6 weeks if we do not have the right colour and size in stock.
This design is the taller version shown on the right (dyed black) which is approximatley
12.5cm tall, these are unisex and can be made to fit a man or woman. Use the standard sizes or give us your head diameter measurement and we can make this to fit you perfectly.
Measure the circumference of your head across your forehead and around to the back of your head 360 degrees to work out the best size. Or we can custom make to any size that you need.

I've been meaning to write and let you know that my sister really liked the knit wear. She absolutely loved the Flax coloured set (her favourite and mine), really liked the navy/grey[Harbour] as well. She had a trip to Rotorua which was cold enough to bring out the new gear and I'm sure the temps this week will be similar!
